I am a very fun, caring, responsible and goofy person. I love riding my bike, doing yoga, reading, and spending time with friends and family. I have been learning how to surf and although I seem to take in the whole ocean through my nose, I really dig it. I started playing guitar when I was 31 and while I'm not a disciplined musician, I love to noodle on it, see what melodies I can find and just feel it.
I'm looking to become someone your child can trust, respect, love and have fun with. I have very strong morals and values so I am confident in being a good role model. I'm someone your child will feel comfortable confiding in or cuddling with and also respect and listen to.
Babies, babies, babies! Can't get enough of them. They are a real everything. I enjoy learning how they develop, physically and mentally and being a part of that development. Working with babies from all over the world has opened my eyes to different foods, sleep methods, home remedies, etc.
Not only have I been babysitting since I was 12 I volunteered in a nursery for two years prior. My first aupair/nanny position was in the Dominican Republic in 2010, since then I have worked in Calgary (Canada), Palermo (Italy), Vienna (Austria), Madrid (Spain), Antwerp (Belgium) and my hometown of Victoria (Canada). All of the families that I have worked for have been completely different and I learned a lot from each experience! I have worked with newborns all the way up to 16 year olds. I am confident with all ages and personalities.
