Introduction
I am a Cuban medical doctor who completed the first year of my pediatric orthopedic and traumatology residency, with more than three years of direct experience working with children in clinical settings in Cuba. Since arriving in the United States over a year ago, I have been working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing behavioral and developmental support to children ages 6 to 18 with a wide range of disabilities. I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish, certified in CPR and First Aid, and highly adaptable to different environments and family needs. I am also able to help children improve their academic skills, homework routines, and daily structure. Currently, I am studying in California to become a BCBA, continuously expanding my professional abilities and knowledge to better support the children and families I work with.
