Hello! I am so excited to meet you and your family! To tell you a bit about myself, I am a California native but a long time resident in the natural state of Arkansas. I am an avid adventurer and would describe myself as patient, outgoing and a seeker of knowledge. I listen to podcasts, always have a book on me and enjoy outdoor sports as well as traveling when I can. I enjoy work where I can support others to be the best they can be. This feels like the right next step!

Work wise, I was a lead Montessori Teacher for three years (3-6 years old) and an assistant / after care worker prior to that. After, I moved back into theatre work and arts education helping uplift community and further the development of the next generation of artists in our town. I have experience with kids ages 1 1/2 through Highschool but my favorite age to work with remains that 3-7 span. All kids are amazing, not matter the stage of life! I have helped in the transition of this theatre back to a volunteer lead endeavor and have found I miss working with kids but want a more personal environment.
I am an independent thinker and do everything I can to get it right the first time however I also know I am human and it takes a village. I believe in clear and thorough communication, and want to contribute to the team being unafraid to ask questions or take initiative when needed.
