My name is Elena, and I’m excited to introduce myself to you! I am a teacher by profession, and working with children is truly my passion. My experience in the classroom has given me a strong understanding of child development, learning styles, behavior management, and the importance of creating a structured yet nurturing environment where children can thrive.
As a teacher, I am very comfortable supporting academic growth, whether that means homework help, reading development, math practice, or building strong study habits. I also understand how to balance learning with creativity and fun. I enjoy incorporating educational games, hands-on activities, outdoor play, arts and crafts, and reading into daily routines so children feel both supported and engaged.
Beyond academics, I focus on building confidence, independence, and emotional intelligence. I believe children do best when they feel heard, respected, and encouraged. My classroom experience has strengthened my patience, communication skills, and ability to calmly manage different personalities and situations.
In addition to my teaching background, I bring strong organizational and communication skills. I am dependable, structured, and proactive, and I value clear communication with parents to ensure we are aligned on routines, expectations, and goals for your child.
