Although I haven't worked in a formal childcare setting, caring for children has been a significant part of my life. As the eldest sibling, I naturally helped raise my younger brothers and sisters, and over the years I've also cared for my nieces, nephews, and the children of close friends. Looking after children has never felt like a responsibility I had to take on—it has always been something I genuinely enjoy. There is something incredibly rewarding about knowing a child feels safe, loved, happy, and free to simply be themselves.
I love creating fun and meaningful experiences for children, whether that's planning creative activities, spending time outdoors, visiting parks, reading stories, baking together, or simply turning an ordinary afternoon into an adventure. I believe childhood should be filled with laughter, curiosity, learning, and beautiful memories.
Outside of childcare, I own and run my own event décor business. It has taught me how to be organized, dependable, creative, and calm under pressure. Running a business also means I am naturally proactive—I enjoy solving problems before they become bigger ones, staying one step ahead, and helping wherever I can. I don't wait to be asked; I notice what needs to be done and take initiative.
My friends and family would describe me as warm, patient, trustworthy, and thoughtful. I genuinely enjoy serving others and bringing a sense of calm wherever I go. Whether it's preparing meals, keeping spaces tidy, helping with school routines, or simply making someone's day a little easier, I find joy in being helpful.
In my free time, you'll usually find me exploring interior design, shopping for beautiful home décor, taking long walks on the beach, reading a good book, enjoying coffee with friends, going for scenic drives, or spending time outdoors in nature. I love creating beautiful spaces and meaningful moments, and I hope to bring that same creativity and warmth into your home.
I also have a Code 10 driver's license and am a confident driver, which means I would be happy to assist with school drop-offs, extracurricular activities, or family errands if needed.
