Hello! We are Artūrs and Marta, a couple from Latvia who enjoy being useful in real ways. We are happiest when life is practical, active, and connected to people, nature, and meaningful work.

We can take care of your home while you are away, look after pets, maintain outdoor areas, help with cleaning and organization, do painting or small repairs, and support the daily running of a property. We are responsible, adaptable, and treat every place with respect.

We also know how to improve spaces, not only maintain them. We notice details, bring order, create a better atmosphere, and often leave places in better condition than we found them.

Artūrs is calm, practical, and strong with hands-on tasks. He has experience in renovation, maintenance, property improvement, and business development. He enjoys solving problems, fixing things, and creating systems that work.

Marta is organized, creative, warm, and great with people. She has experience in hospitality, guest communication, photography, visual presentation, and creating spaces that feel welcoming and alive. She brings taste, care, and strong attention to detail.

Together we make a strong team. One can focus on physical tasks while the other handles organization, guests, communication, or creative work.

We can also help online if needed. We have built projects from idea to finished result, including websites, branding, visuals, databases, marketing, and business concepts.

The things we create usually follow the same values: quality food, movement, clear structure, healthy growth, and long-term thinking.

Sometimes we also help sell properties. We do not work as traditional agents and we are not connected to any agency. Our approach is different. We create an individual identity for each place, show its feeling and lifestyle, and present its future value and investment potential. This personal method is unique.

We speak English well, are easy to be with, and enjoy helping good people with good places.

‼️ We are not interested in au pair or nanny roles, particularly those centered around long-term child development. Early childhood and adolescent years are highly sensitive stages for emotional, cognitive, and social growth, where consistency, attachment, and environment play a significant role. Often, parents themselves are not always fully aligned on boundaries and communication styles with their child, which makes stepping into that dynamic an especially responsible and complex role to take on. For such a responsibility to be truly beneficial for the child and sustainable for everyone involved, there needs to be a strong alignment in values, communication style, and boundaries between caregivers and parents. ‼️
