I used to work in a hotel as a housekeeper back in 2006, which required standard cleaning of guest room including bed changing,,bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, furniture care etc. I did that for about a year.
Over last 12 years I cleaned homes of my friends and/or their friends when I was free from my full time job as a carer. These jobs required the standard cleaning, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, plant care, laundry, ironing.
As a carer/personal assistant of people with spinal injuries I used to live in their homes taking care not just of them, but of the whole household.
I enjoy cleaning and If it's part of a job as a nanny/au-pair/carer then I'm more than happy with some lighter tasks.
I have been working as a nanny/housekeeper in the south of France for the past almost two years and I really enjoy the combination of cleaning and maintaining the house and taking care of two young boys, 6 and 10.
