GreatAuPair was great in giving us access to an entire host of different au pairs (domestic and international). Although we were not able to avoid having to go through a medium that allowed us to avoid paying agency fees, we were able to identify someone who was a good match for our family. I would recommend GreatAuPair.com to anyone looking for the experience.
