GreatAuPair is one of the most efficient Nanny and Family Assistant platforms I used and I can recommend to all who are interested in international and high level Nanny positions. My advise, ... always first go for a probation time of at least one week before signing a contract. I now found my dream job (4 months already!) and therefore it is time for me to leave GreatAuPair.
