We had an excellent experience last summer with our nanny we found through great au pair. This site is well worth the membership cost and is an effective way to quickly find the perfect situation. This is the best site I have found in 4 years of au pair hiring. We have used others but they tend to be more expensive, less secure and not nearly as good at matching profiles.
