I found several nannies, some of whom I have become friends with, but finally I found the person who will joing our family , even considering our price range( and it was a decrease in pay for her) without this service I could not have found the unique person we required for our position, and we are sure she will be just right.

We are now 2 for 2 using GreatAuPair.com. The system is easy to use and gets results. Our first nanny was just wonderful and left after two years when she got married. Found our second nanny (also wonderful) just at the right time. It took a little longer the second time, so hang in there!
