This is the third time in five years I used this site and its been a great experience. We've have been fortunate to have only great nannys and found them within a month of posting our ad. I found several nannies, some of whom I have become friends with, but finally I found the person who will joing our family , even considering our price range( and it was a decrease in pay for her) without this service I could not have found the unique person we required for our position, and we are sure she will be just right.
