Both paying and non paying subscribers can reach you at the website. I have been very lucky to find good families after interviewing them personally. Then I would gladly present my CV & references. Be wise and safe when you pick on a new family to work for. It is not only about money! It is your safety, it is about teamwork, (that is you & the family together) and most of all the experience you get out of your work. If you are enjoying and happy with the family, by all means stay. If not find another family! Some families will lure you on their ad, that they are relax, happy go lucky, etc. Remember, the reason why they need YOU is because they CAN'T RELAX, they are unable to go happy lucky, etc. because they need HELP! What you can bear in mind is ... Can you HELP them? Of course you have to be compensated and treated properly. I personally recommend that you avail of a subscription for a month or so to avail of serious families whom you can trust and choose from. It's worth the price! Good-luck to your new family!
