Maciek is 12 years old. He is sensitive, intelligent, imaginative and raised in a very free and non-systemic way. There are no rigid structures in our home – we do not believe in forcing, controlling or “pushing” a child. We believe in following, inspiring and creating space for growth.
That is why we are looking for someone who:
• is naturally curious and open-minded
• enjoys movement, nature and being outdoors
• can inspire rather than instruct
• is creative (music, art, building, ideas)
• is emotionally present and kind
• values authenticity over perfection
We would love for you to build a real bond with Maciek – through conversations, shared experiences, play, and discovery.
Our life is simple, real and deeply connected. We live on a farm, surrounded by animals and nature. We spend a lot of time outside, we travel, we talk, we listen to music. We live mostly offline and truly value presence.
You can live with us or have your own small house on the farm. We would love someone who wants to stay longer and become part of our rhythm, not just pass through.

We are looking for an inspiring, energetic tutor/au pair for our 12-year-old son, Maciek.
This is not a traditional childcare or teaching role. Maciek is educated outside the standard system (umbrella school), so we are looking for someone who can support his learning in a creative, natural and non-systemic way.
Your role will include:
• Supporting reading, writing and basic math
• Helping him develop strong English skills
• Encouraging curiosity, independent thinking and creativity
• Spending a lot of time outdoors and in movement
• Engaging in sports, physical activities and active play
• Exploring creative areas such as music, art, building, creating
We are looking for someone who does not “teach in a school way”, but rather inspires, follows the child, and opens the world to him.
We would ideally prefer a male tutor, as we feel it would support Maciek’s development through active play and a strong, dynamic presence. However, we are also open to a female candidate who is very sporty, creative, and full of life.
About us:
We live on a large farm in Poland (several hectares) surrounded by nature and animals (dogs, cats, horses, donkeys, alpacas, llamas and more). We value outdoor life, movement, and real experiences.
We are an international family (Poland / Belarus). We speak Polish fluently, as well as English and Russian.
Our lifestyle is offline – we do not use TV, we limit technology, and we focus on real connection, conversations, music, and shared time. It is important for us that you are not strongly attached to social media or constant phone use.
We are a vegan, mostly raw food family.
We travel a lot across Europe and beyond, and in the future we plan to move to Italy. We would love for you to be part of that journey.
