I am a stay home mother, my husband is a private chef. He works most days, so a typical day would be me, my son and nanny with our dog.

Our son who is 14 months old. He is very busy with exploring the world along with his sidekick, our dog!

I am the primary caretaker of my son during the day for now, but will require more assistance as he is getting older and we are hoping for a second child.

We live in a compound with a great community and plenty of nannies to befriend. The compound is close to amenities for you to explore on your off days.

We are an active family and enjoy being outdoors in the cooler months. Bahrain can get extremely hot in the summer so we have to get creative on how to entertain little busy bodies indoors.

We are not big on TV, and love educational games and teaching our son from a young age. We love walking in the garden and playing ball with our dog in the mornings.

In the afternoon when its cooler we swim in the pool at the compound. Over weekends we connect with friends and socialise. You will be able to do your own thing on your days off.

Main job description at this point is that of housekeeping and assisting with looking after my son. If you have cooking experience that would be a bonus, but not a necessity.

Our dog will also be part of your day to day, mostly feeding him and in the cooler months walking him around the compound.

For the right candidate, you will have 2 days off a week namely Friday & Saturday. We may ask for the occasional baby sitting on a Friday night for a few hours with prior notice.

After a probationary period we can look at further 'job perks'.

Our son loves to swim, so it's important that you're able to swim well. It's also important that you have had first aid training.

We are an easy going family, but do like attention to detail when cleaning as there is'nt much housework to do. So the little there is to be done, we would like done properly.
