Dear Candidate,
We are an open-minded, outgoing, fun and nature-loving family. We have a big garden with play area and pool, woods and playgrounds close by and our kids love to be outdoors. We expect our aupair to have some relevant previous experience in caring for smaller children, have fun in being with children, be open-minded and curious, be similarly nature/outdoor loving as ourselves and be outside with the kids as much as possible (also in colder Austrian weather). So far we managed to keep our kids mostly away from TV / screens (special occasions the larger one is allowed to watch a documentary or a sports event) and we absolutely want to keep it like that.
We both have full-time management jobs (that we actually like :) ) but also love to spend as much time as possible with our kids. We provide you with a large room, where you can also have your privacy in your free-time or evenings. Although we are living in the country side, there is good public infrastructure (e.g., train station is 10 mins by car or ca 25 mins by bike), a smaller city with leisure opportunities nearby and plenty of opportunities to get to know Austria and the neighboring countries (e.g., Salzburg is 1h train and Vienna a 2h train ride from our place).
We‘d love to welcome you in our family, but obviously don‘t expect you to stick with our family 24/7 ;-)

We are looking for an Aupair that is primarily spending quality time with our two children, the main duties are:
With the kids
• Primarily play, go outside, do handicrafts, go to the playground
• Feed them light, warm lunch and snacks (vegetables, fruits, etc.)
• Change diapers for our 1-year old
• Pick them up from nursery, bring and pick our 4-year old up from friends place or grandparents

In the house
• Clean up after lunch/snack with the kids (could include some vacuuming, depending on what they eat)
• Store kids clean clothes in their drawers
• Sometimes: Empty or fill the dishwasher, hang the laundry

We offer our Aupair:
• Very spacious, light room in the first floor of our house, incl. TV, coffee machine, water cooker
• Own bathroom next to the room incl. toilet, shower, bathtub (only the 4-year old uses it sometimes)
• Mobile phone at our expense (for calls within Austria)
• Austrian Bank Account
• Bike
• Access to our car
• Standard Aupair Salary of 628.- per month for 18h per week,
