We’re looking for a live-in au pair to join our little family on the Sunshine Coast starting ideally before January 2026, open to earlier. We will have a 6-month-old baby girl by then and would love someone who speaks Czech and English to help introduce her to both languages early (her dad is Czech!).

We live in a beautiful home on a ridge, just 12 minutes from the ocean. Both parents work from home, so we only need help a few days a week, on a flexible schedule — lots of free time to enjoy the area.

We offer negotiable $300/week, all meals, and occasional use of our manual car. We're looking for someone caring, experienced with children, a non-smoker, and health-conscious. A minimum 3-month stay would be ideal, with the option to extend.

Support parents (both work from home) with infant care a few days a week, on a flexible schedule

No long hours – just a few hours here and there to help during work meetings or busy periods

Lots of free time to enjoy the area, study, explore, or relax

All meals included, and occasional use of our manual car (when the family doesn’t need it)

? Who We’re Looking For:

Speaks Czech and English fluently (we’d love our daughter to grow up bilingual – her father is Czech, and mum is learning too!)

Experience caring for babies or young children

Friendly, respectful, and gentle in nature

Non-smoker

Health-conscious – someone mindful about hygiene and illness exposure around a young baby

Comfortable with a flexible and part-time care schedule

Open to staying minimum 3 months, ideally longer
