Thank you for taking the time to learn about our family. We are hoping to find someone who becomes much more than a nanny — we would love to find someone who truly becomes part of our family for many years.

We live in the beautiful Colorado mountains and have a busy, active, loving home. I am an attorney who works mostly from home, and my husband owns his own business. We have four children living at home who love adventures, being outside, learning, exploring, and spending time together.

I love being a mom and am very involved in my children’s lives. I am not looking for someone to replace me. I am looking for someone to join alongside me — a teammate, a helping hand, and another person who loves, encourages, and helps guide my children as they grow.

Our family values love, respect, kindness, responsibility, honesty, and hard work. We believe children should have fun, explore, and enjoy life, but we also believe they need structure, discipline, and adults who teach them right from wrong. We want our children to grow into respectful, caring, responsible people.

We are Christians, and our faith is an important part of our family. We attend church every Sunday, and the children participate in church activities during the school year. We do not require or expect our nanny to attend church, but you would always be welcome and invited to join us if you wanted.

One of our biggest hopes is for our children to become fluent in Spanish and grow up understanding other cultures. Before having children, I spent a year living overseas in Honduras, Guatemala, and Thailand doing mission work with orphans and survivors of human trafficking. I have also traveled to Canada, Russia, Japan, Mexico, and throughout the United States.

Those experiences shaped who I am and taught me the importance of understanding different cultures, appreciating what we have, and seeing the world through other people’s perspectives. I want my children to learn those same lessons.

We love adventures and making memories together. Whether we are hiking behind our house, exploring Colorado, traveling, cooking, playing outside, or trying something new, we love experiencing life together.

My hope is to find someone who feels loved, respected, and appreciated in our home. I want this to be a place where you can share your culture with us, learn from our family, experience new adventures, and create lifelong memories.

**Live-In Spanish Nanny: Travel & Colorado Adventures**

We are a loving, active family living in the beautiful Colorado mountains looking for a live-in Spanish-speaking nanny/tutor to become part of our family. I am an attorney who works mostly from home, and my husband is a business owner. We have four children living at home and would love to find someone responsible, trustworthy, active, and interested in a long-term position.

I love being a mom and am not looking for someone to replace me or raise my children. I am looking for a teammate, helping hand, and positive role model. My biggest need is having someone I trust to keep the children safe when I am working, especially during court hearings.

A major goal for our family is for our children to become fluent in Spanish. We would love someone who enjoys speaking Spanish daily, teaching, and sharing their culture.

Responsibilities include helping with daily routines — breakfast, getting dressed, hair, brushing teeth, sunscreen, vitamins, and preparing for the day. During the day we encourage outdoor play, hiking, reading, learning activities, practicing Spanish, creativity, and exploring.

Help may include driving children to school, activities, martial arts, church activities, playdates, and family outings. I am often there too, but sometimes work prevents me from going.

Evenings include helping with dinner, baths if needed, brushing teeth, asthma medicine, and bedtime routines.

We believe children need love, structure, consistency, and clear expectations. Respect and good behavior are very important in our home. Our children are expected to listen, follow directions, use manners, respect adults, be kind, and take responsibility for their choices. We want someone comfortable helping enforce family rules, maintaining expectations, and teaching the children to make good choices.

I also want help teaching responsibility and independence — encouraging the children to clean up after themselves, organize toys, put away laundry, help after meals, and learn life skills. I do not want someone to clean for my children; I want someone to help teach them.

Our schedule is very flexible. My biggest need is having help when I am working as an attorney, especially during court hearings. My court schedule changes weekly, but my work is almost always during normal business hours. I communicate my schedule in advance so we can create a schedule that works for everyone.

I am flexible with days off, weekends off, and personal time. I want you to have time to rest, explore, travel, make friends, and enjoy Colorado. I am very involved with my children and often take them on adventures myself.

Friday and Saturday mornings are usually family adventure days, and I would love for you to join us, when possible, as another set of hands while we make memories together.

We love traveling and exploring. We enjoy adventures in Oregon, Florida, Nashville, and Colorado, including hiking, kayaking, rafting, four-wheeling, sports, martial arts, parks, museums, zoos, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Bishop Castle, Great Wolf Lodge, Ice Castles, and discovering new places.

**Home & Requirements:**
No smoking and no drugs.

Due to allergies, we do not have indoor animals.

We have serious food allergies. Tree nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts, pecans, pistachios, etc.) are not allowed in our home or vehicles because of a severe allergy. Peanuts and coconut are okay.

Our family avoids tree nuts, tuna, turkey, gluten/wheat, and excessive sugar because of allergies and sensitivities. The nanny does not have to follow our diet and may eat foods she enjoys. The only strict food rule is no tree nuts in the home or vehicles.

You will have a private 600-square-foot fully furnished suite with your own bathroom, living room, kitchenette, walk-in closet, storage, TV, furniture, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, dishes, WiFi, and basic living necessities.

You will have access to a vehicle.

Our mountain home has incredible views, hiking in the backyard, outdoor space, a playground, a pavilion, and a grill area.

My parents live in a separate home connected to ours on the same property. They are part of our support system and available to help when needed.

We are also open to considering a nanny who has a child. If it is the right fit, we would love for your child to become part of our family environment, too.
