My name is Jaymie, and I am a 42 year old busy mum and wife (to Jarrad). We are a lively family of 6. We have 4 children (2 boys, 2 girls), aged 9 (Maddie),7 (Sebastian),4 (Olivia) and 2 (Spencer).
Our eldest daughter Maddie loves dancing and has classes 3 days a week. Maddie and Sebastian also play golf, and do swimming lessons.
We live in a gorgeous part of Australia with an amazing surf beach just 600 meters from our front door. There are cafes right on the beachfront too. And if you are new to surfing there are several surf teachers who teach lessons at our local beach daily (even in winter!)
The summers here are classic Australian summers, and the winter is pretty mild by American standards (no snow, just rain, but temps don't go below 10 degrees).
My husband works away interstate and is home every second week. Jarrad is a very involved Dad and husband, so work hours will be more relaxed when he is home.
We would love to have someone come and join our over the coming months to allow me some time to get some study done!

Hi there future Au Pair! We are a lively familyt of 6. We are searching for a live in au pair for approx 6 months (June start 2023). Located in Goolwa Beach, South Australia our home is just 600 meters to awesome surfing beach, and cafes.
We are looking for someone to assist with morning routine, after school activities, and light house related duties. Approx 30 hours per week.
We have a large private room with board provided, plus remuneration to be agreed. You must be a non-smoker, and have an your drivers license (valid for driving in Australia). We will also need you to provide some other safety checks for working with children, first aid certificate is preferred.
We have a girl 9 yrs, boy 7yrs, girl 4 years and boy 2 years. There are no special needs.
Assistance would be required Monday-Thursday mornings 7-9am. Then school pick up and activities on Mon-Wed for our eldest only (car provided). We would need you to stay home on Saturday morning once a fortnight with the 2 year old while I take the other children to ballet and swimming.
Days between school hours are yours, you would also have Friday-Sunday off (except for Sat morning once a fortnight as mentioned above).
There would also be a limited amount of food prep and some light duties (e.g. putting a load of children's clothes on to wash).
You may earn extra when additional babysitting is required.
We have netflix and disney pay t.v. access and fast unlimited internet.
Your room is a very large fully furnished bedroom (we have 3 living areas, so you can watch T.V. of your choice when the kids are in bed).
