Hello, my name is Sienna. I’m a caring, positive, and reliable childcare professional with experience supporting children in both nursery and private household settings. I naturally build strong, trusting relationships with children and take pride in creating a calm, secure, and happy environment where they feel supported and confident.
I have completed Business BTEC Level 2 and Health and Social Care BTEC Level 2 and I am currently completing a childcare-related apprenticeship. Through both my studies and hands-on experience, I have developed a strong understanding of child development, safeguarding, routines, and professional responsibility. I’m organised, patient, and confident managing structured days while maintaining warmth and flexibility.
I’m particularly strong at engaging children through age-appropriate activities that support their development and wellbeing. I enjoy spending time outdoors, going for walks, visiting parks, and encouraging gentle physical activity, as well as planning creative arts and crafts, storytelling, and imaginative play. I believe these activities help children build confidence, creativity, and emotional balance in a natural and enjoyable way.
I have experience caring for children of different ages, both professionally and within my own family, and I’m comfortable working within private households that value discretion, routine, and high standards of care.
