Thank you for taking the time to read my letter.
My name is Jhona and I am 30 years of age. You surely get a lot of these letters from prospective Au Pairs, but rest assured, you will not regret to read about my reasons why I want to become your Au Pair.
I am currently living with my friends, and our lovely cat namely Korea, in Sharjah, which is one of the seven Emirates of United Arab Emirates. My family lives in my home country, the Philippines. At the moment, I am currently working as Secretary in a company in Dubai, UAE and has planned to explore more from the world and other countries afterwards.
In my free time, I love going to parks doing jogging and just walking for a healthy lifestyle since I am living miles away from my family. During that time, seeing parents especially mothers, taking care their children need during their stay at the park hits me hard. Seeing myself having kids and doing the same flattered me and naturally getting attached to any kids I am encountering with. Even without any experience, I am eager to develop young minds while fulfilling their needs.
I would love and honored to become your next Au Pair because I love children and enjoy spending time with them. I am well aware and prepared of the fact that being like a big sister for your children comes along with responsibilities for them and it will not always be just play and fun. My calm and patient personality will help me to master more difficult situations for instance when the kids are tired or don’t want to listen to me.
I do expect as well that in the first couple of days I will be exhausted at night because I guess taking care of children the whole time can be tiring. But I am sure that I will adapt to the new tasks and daily routine quickly and become a big help for you.
Living with me is really easy as I am not a demanding person. I do respect that the house is your house and that I have follow your house rules. If something works not quite as it should, I prefer to talk instead of ignoring things.
