Thank you so much for taking the time to read my letter My name is Daniela, and i am 18 years old. I was born in Caracas, Venezuela. I currently live with my mother, my dog and my twin sister, fun fact we don't look alike at all and we are very independent people. Igraduated from high school in july of 2022 and in my free time i like to paint, cook, and take cooking lessons. /
also love spending time with my friends and family and also I love reading, my favorite book is "To kill A Mockingbird" BY Harper Lee.
One of the things I like to do the most is helping people, what I mean by this is I love to do social action programs and I have volunteered a couple times to go on missions to help other people in need in less fortunate circumstances outside my state.I
have been enjoying the children area for a little over a year, my love for kids started with a social action program that involved helping and taking are of them and also contributing in a clothing donation campaign, in this trip I had the biggest responsibility and that was being in charge of the kids while my friends cared for their parents and other areas. In this job I made sure that the kids had fun, we played games and even did some face
painting. Since then I have been helping children and taking care of them when they need it. From the moment I graduated I started nannying my neigbor's daughter who is 5 years old. What I like the most from them is how active they are, how witty and smart they are. I like how kind and loving kids this age are.
I want to be an au pair to live the experience of working full time with kids since I really like them, I am also very excited to be living with a Host Family that will help me get to know the culture since it is something I am really interested in. Another one of my reasons is to practice and perfect my English and create new experiences with my Host Family. I also have some personal reasons to be an Au Pair, one being getting of my comfort zone, I want to meet new people new people from different culture, and I also want to be more independent and manage my own money.
Al that being said, thank you so much for taking the time to read my letter. I am really excited to live this experience and I hope that this will get to my future Host Family.
