Dear host family, I am Bérénice. I come from South Africa but I speak fluent French and English and have adapted to different cultures and other peoples’ backgrounds.I am open to anything and everything and look forward to becoming part of your family. I am full of fun adventures but am also extremely organized and have good time management skills. I am willing to do an interview if you'd like to find out a little more about me. I have a huge soft spot for kids. I have always loved helping others and playing with kids. I often look after kids at school and have often looked after my brother in the past plus I worked at a summer camp in Maine. I am aware of what children's needs are and look to do nothing else but be the best 'big sister' to your child/children. I would like to be an au pair in order to give help to those in need , share a culture and of course experience. Au pairing has always been a dream of mine as I've always dreamt of being with children and assisting wherever whenever. I am extremely flexible and excited to take on any opportunity.
I am determined, hardworking, goal driven and put “my all” into everything I do. I am a “peoples” person and I enjoy being involved in the community around me as much as possible. I strive to be organized and constantly challenge myself in the pursuit for self-growth, while encouraging others to do the same. I am approachable and trustworthy and aim to make a positive change wherever I can. I carry myself with pride and I respect those around me. I always strive to bring the best out in those around me. I am open to anything and everything! I have many different hobbies! I love my sport such as hockey, waterpolo, lifesaving, tennis and surfing. I also enjoy hiking, cycling and canoeing! I am a person who loves the outdoors but will also enjoy the city life. I can play the piano. I am really interested in photography so have taught myself over the years. I am always open to socialising and keeping myself busy! Once I’ve learnt Spanish and gotten to know the country a little more, I’d like to study in Spain in order to receive a degree.
