My name is Suprise, I am 21 years old, and I am writing to you with a heart full of excitement and a genuine passion for childcare. Coming from a background where I have always been the "patient big sister," I am eager to bring my years of babysitting and coaching experience to your home as your next au pair.
A Little Bit About Me and My Family
I currently live in Rietspruit, Mpumalanga South Africa with my grandparents my mother, aunty, uncle, 7 siblings, 5 dogs and 2 cats. Growing up in a household where communication and teamwork was prioritized, I learned early on the importance of reliability and respect within a family unit. In my free time, I love sports, arts and culture but most of all i love cooking, and I am someone who approaches every day with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
My Childcare and Coaching Experience
Over the past 5 years, I have been deeply involved in nurturing and supporting children of various ages. My experience ranges from toddlers to young teens].
As a Babysitter: I have managed daily routines including tasks like meal preparation, school drop-offs, and helping with homework. I take pride in creating a safe, stimulating environment where kids can be themselves.
As a Coach: My experience coaching soccer and netball taught me how to be a mentor. It helped me develop the patience needed to handle difficult situations with empathy and find creative ways to keep children engaged and motivated.
Why I Want to Be Your Au Pair
For me, being an au pair is about more than just providing childcare it is a unique opportunity for cultural exchange. I am genuinely curious about your traditions and language, and I would love to share a bit of my own culture with you through cooking a traditional dish or teaching a few words of my language.
