Hello!
My name is Lyn from the Philippines. 29 yrs old, single, no kids, never been married. Currently working as a customer care officer in a Health Maintenance Organization. To be honest, Im kind of late of having the knowledge about this program knowing Im already 29, but here I am taking my shot for a life-changing opportunity.
When i heard about the Au Pair program, it made me really interested because ever since when i was in grade school, my mom used to be a nanny and would take care of our neighbors' kids and i grew up with that kind of environment for few years. I've seen my mom take care of kids and when im off school during my high school days, I'd get the chance to help her. I put the kids to sleep, change diapers, make their milks, drop them off to school and pick up after. I also play with them during free time while my mom do the chores. All of them are grown ups now but despite that, since i live close to my siblings who has kids, (I have 5 nephews and 1 niece) I sometimes babysit my 1yr old nephew and spend time with others on weekends since they visit sometimes. Also, Europe is something im really interested to visit / work since its my dream destination. I got really fascinated with the culture, food, and structures so im really interested with this program and i feel like it will be a dream come true to discover what European countries has to offer.
