From the age of 18 to 20, while I was still a student, I worked as a tutor teaching children of all ages — from kindergarten to high school. That experience shaped my patience, adaptability, and genuine love for working with kids. I learned how to connect with different personalities, support their growth, and create a safe, encouraging environment for them.
After that, I worked as a customer service executive for Walmart in the United States, where I developed strong communication skills and learned how to handle responsibility with professionalism. I then moved into subtitling for global platforms like Netflix and HBO, which strengthened my attention to detail and ability to work in structured environments.
At 21, I pursued my dream of becoming a model and began working professionally, even walking my first fashion week that same year — all while putting myself through college independently. During this time, I was also supporting my mother through her dementia journey and became the sole provider for our home. Those years taught me resilience, responsibility, and emotional strength in ways I will carry for life.
In 2024, after my mother passed, I received an opportunity that meant the world to me — I became the 2nd runner-up for Miss Universe Pakistan. It was a bittersweet moment, as she was always my biggest supporter.
Beyond my professional journey, I’m someone who deeply values kindness, equality, and care. I’m passionate about feminism, love being around animals, and have a strong appreciation for style and self-expression. My love language is acts of service — I naturally find joy in helping others, being dependable, and creating a warm, supportive environment for the people around me.
One of the most special things my mother and I shared was our love for travel. However, I always felt that I didn’t just want to visit places — I wanted to truly live in them, understand different cultures, and build meaningful connections. That’s why becoming an au pair feels like the perfect step for me at this stage of my life.
