MY CHARACTER
I am a very simple and polite person. I am very kind and patient, especially with children. I am very organized, I like to organize my day so as not to waste time. I am very punctual, I always like to arrive a little early for appointments. I adapt to many situations, I am very hands on. My faults are that I am too self-critical and touchy but I am very easygoing.
MY HOBBIES
I am attending educational sciences university, so I have a strong interest in subjects related to child care and upbringing. I like reading books on psychology, pedagogy and childcare. I like trying new sports, in my life I've tried athletics swimming volleyball basketball and now I'm working out in the gym. I am very feminine I like fashion and going shopping and making skincare. I really like cooking, I'm an excellent cooker and I know how to cook both savory and sweet dishes. It's no problem for me to cook for the whole family.I have a passion for dogs , I like spending time with my dog.
MY EDUCATION
I attended the Achille Mapelli scientific high school and now I am attending University, specializing in educational sciences.
MY EXPERIENCE WITH CHILDREN
I have a lot of experience with children, first of all I took care of my younger cousins ??when they were only a few months old for about 2 hours a day. My duties were to feed them play with them and change their diaper. I did a 20-hour internship at a kindergarten with children aged 3-6 for about 3 hours a day. My duties were to look after the children and teach them a computer game. Also now I am babysitting two families. With the first family I get along very well, the little girl is about 2 years old and I have to take care of her, feed her, play with her. The family has two Pitbulls, for me it's not a problem to have pets at home, the important thing is that dogs don't bite. With the second one, I have to take the girls to school on foot and when it rains by car. The thing I don't like is that the mother always warns me at the last moment, I would prefer to be notified first so I can get organized right away and especially the youngest daughter of 4 when she doesn't want to go to school other than throwing a tantrum (which is absolutely normal for a child) punches me or starts hitting me. Of course being a child it doesn't hurt me but I would prefer well behaved children who don't hit their nannies.
ASPECTS THAT I CONSIDER MOST IMPORTANT IN ADULT-CHILD RELATIONSHIPS
I don't think there is a single important aspect in the adult-child relationship because all aspects in the relationship have their importance. First of all it is important to respect the child and his needs and therefore his developmental age. It's important to know how to respond correctly to the child's needs because when the adult responds to the child's needs, the child understands the concept of cause and effect. It's important to be patient and to know that every child has different needs and different times. I really love the Montessori method in which the child's autonomy is developed by building around it a space suited to its abilities
ASPECTS THAT I CONSIDER MOST IMPORTANT IN THE AUPAIR AND HOST FAMILY RELATIONSHIP
Honest and sincere communication right from the start is a crucial part of establishing a strong bond with your host mum. It is essential that I can share my thoughts with my host mum and, of course, others too I would like to be honest and transparent with me! No one has the ability to read minds. In order to grow and do better in my role as an au pair and with my responsibilities, I am willing to communicate with my host mom regularly and in an open and genuine way. I would like to not only be the family's nanny but also a kind of big sister to the kids and share many pleasant moments with my host family.
MY FAMILY
My family consists of 4 people and two dogs. My mother is called Isabella she is 54 years old and works in a supermarket. I have a special relationship with her, I tell her everything, I never hide anything from her. She is always very sweet and welcoming to me but sometimes she cares too much about me. I have a normal relationship with my younger brother. I share my room with him we hardly ever go out together but I still love him so much. With my father I have a very conflictual relationship we are like black and white. He is always very strict, authoritarian, nice towards me and he always uses bad ways of doing me instead, I always try to be kind
