With this message I would like to bring you closer to my life,I will try as best as possible to describe my life here, my wishes and dreams,family,friends and of course myself.
I am searching for a host family, that would be happy to have me as part of your family,kind, welcoming,need me as part of your.
My name is Melari Pariong, I am 26 years old from the North East part of India Meghalaya Shillong.I studied in Synod college Shillong and graduated with my B.A hons in Sociology.
I have blessed with a wonderful family I am the second child of 9 sibling, we are a pretty large family with 4 bothers and 5 sisters, There are 13 members in our family including my parents, grandmother,and my mom's younger sisters.
My parents are self employed, my elder sister is working in (SAN-KER) rehabilitation center Shillong, Meghalaya as a Nurse.
My grandmother’s name is BILL TIBON PARIONG she is 92 years of age,the eldest family member who are very warm, kind and caring by nature
I personality love spending time with
her listen to what she had to say,helping her,bathing her,washing clothes and protect her from feelings of loneliness.
we are a very close knit family who share a great bond with each other,we are always there for each other providing support whenever needed.we eat dinner together and had family prayer every evening which every one in the family needs to attend I learned alot from my family.
In the evening i spend my time taking tution to two little girl and to my younger sister her name is Enilla Pariong.
We have got two cats,2 rabbit who loved to cuddled all day.
I am currently working in an orphan home, mainly cared for children from 4years old to 18 years in our Child care institution, I've been working in the Childcare Field for the past three years,some of the activities, duty and responsibility that I need to do is to take care of the childrens along with our House mother also feeding childrens, bathing childrens,putting them to bed, helping them with their homeworks, playing indoors, art and craft projects, making their beds, make sure their bed rooms and toilets are clean every morning Before they go to school also in the evening and sometimes dropped and pick them up from school.
For me,their safety is my top priority, always maintain a vigilant eye on the childrens especially during playtime, make sure they are safe from danger and we release them only to the authorised individuals. Also handling their behaviour is an essential part of ChildCare,offering them a comfort and save environment to make them feel save and secure.
I also used to take care of my own siblings, and sometimes taking care of my cousin's child.
I am very excited to be your au pair to take care of your Childrens and be part of your family, I am prepared and I am well aware of the fact that being a big sister to your childrens comes along with responsibilities for them and it will not always be just play and fun. I am trust worthy, respect ,understanding and prefer to talk When misunderstanding.
We can together resolve difficulties that the children have without tensions and anger and suporting one another.I want to be their friend, contact person, I love children and their condition means a lot to me.
I have so much fun in travelling new places,meet new people, new friends,also experience and feels the nature.
I would describe myself as an open-minded,caring,hard-working, easy going, dedicated and responsible person.Sometimes I might be shy and a little reserved at first, but that is not something that bothers at all
We are from a Christian family, and in my leisure time I love to go out meeting my friends ,bake a cake with my friends,we have two little nephew that I use to spend time with every evening, one name Jayden and the other name zial. I tutor two of my neighbours kid and my younger sister Enilla every evening.
I would love to share my culture with my host family,share what we do in India,teach them our language.
I really have confidence in my self and the work that I do, I really promise to you my dear family that you will never regret choosing me as your future au pair..
The reason why I want to go to the USA as an au pair is that I want to get to know the American way of life as well as different cultures. Most importantly, it would be a great chance to spend an entire year learning How American taking care of their childrens. And of course, it would be great to improve my English skills as well.I want to come home as a whole different person, I wanna grow up and the best way is to get out of my comfort zone.
For sure im really gonna miss my family,friends,I'm also a little bit afraid but i'm so, so much more excited and happy , I just hope that everything will go well and my dream will come true so,dear host family thankyou so much for reading my letter and i hope to hear from you soon
