Dear future family,
I am Macbel, friends call me Mac. A 23 year old Ghanaian living in Accra, the capital city of Ghana. I am looking for a host family to pair with and I would love to be your next Au Pair.
I come from a family of three but I lost my mom four years ago and my dad two years ago - Life hasn’t been the same since then but it has made me stronger and self reliant.
I would like to describe myself as a reliable, caring, patient, and diligent young lady. I love children and to me, children are like a fountain of joy. I can never get enough of their lovely innocent personalities and how they make me feel. I have worked around children for years as my Nana had a daycare and I assisted her in running it until I got admission to the university. Besides that, I’ve been a nanny and a housekeeper for 5 years and my experience with children has been nothing short of amazing and bittersweet. Bittersweet because I got so attached to the children leaving them was hard.
I love to bath, change diapers, cook, feed, take them to school help with their homework, and play with them.
I have bachelors degree in Public Relations and at the moment, I am taking a break from academics to have a different life experience. I would to take care of your children so that you can have time to focus on job and personal responsibilities. I am looking for a live in arrangement with my new host family. Although I am flexible, I would prefer to having working hours that would allow me to attend language classes. Also, I am open to learning how to drive, if you would like to teach me. That would be deeply appreciated and I am a fast learner. It would be my pleasure to speak to you soon.
