hey hey! i’m a 22 (soon to be 23) years old transgender man from finland. i’m kind and get along with all types of people, as i’ve grown up to be a mature, responsible and a communicative personality.
i spend my freetime with friends and my pets, and i love dancing. i’m not inherently a party-person, so i don’t spend my weekends with hangover.
i get along with kids, as i have a lot of cousins i’ve taken care of growing up and in my early adult life. there was a time period where i partly lived with my aunt who has seven kids so i’m used to being around kids of all ages. i’ve found it very teaching to play with them, and guiding them to grow into the best versions of themselves. i try my best to meet the needs of the people around me, and i’ve got a lot of experience from growing up with a special needs kid in my family, him being my little brother. i do have a lot of experience with kids under two years old but i’m not too confident about having full responsibility over them.
i’m definitely finding it exciting to get a different kind of experience to work and form relationships abroad. i love traveling, learning about new cultures and habits we share on different countries. i haven’t necessarily worked as an au pair in my home country, but i’ve had similar experiences as i mentioned above! why am i thinking of becoming indeed an abroad au pair? the combination of sharing a house with safe and welcoming family while exploring the depths of my new surroundings in my freetime is very welcoming to me, as i would get a realistic first hand chance to learn about the life in the country i’m staying in. i feel like an experience like this would help me grow as a person as i also get to experience things i probably wouldn’t in my country
