Hello. I am called Victoria. I’m 22 years old and I’m from Cameroon.
I’ve always wanted to be an au pair ever since heard about it in a movie because it combines 2 things I love. That is, going to new places and taking care of kids. I think the best way for kids to bond with an au pair or a nanny is by spending more time with them. Staying with the family gives me the opportunity to bond with the kids and understand them better.
I enjoy taking care of kids because I love making them happy, comfortable and watching them grow. It helps me help the parents continue with their lives and responsibilities and not feel forced to put everything on stand by.
From my pictures, you can see my little niece Aleah. I’ve cared for her since she was born because my sister had a C-section. I learnt from that experience to take care of children, bathe them, feed them, care for them and mostly importantly be patient with them.
My mom and siblings are most important to me because they have always been with me through thick and thin and even when I made serious mistakes in life.
I know entrusting your family in the hands of another could be hard but I’m a decent person and will do my job diligently.
