My name is Barbara I’m 24 years old, I am from Ribeirão Pires, a small city in São Paulo - Brazil and I’m so happy to share a little about me with you.

I live with my parents, my 2 dogs and 3 cats. I have an older brother who lives with my sister in law and my lovely nephew.

For me, my family is my most precious asset.
My parents are my dad Luiz Cláudio, 63 years old a retired police lieutenant and my mom Marluce 58 years old who works in a lottery house bank, the person I’m most inspired by is my older brother, he works with cartoons, and he made one inspired by me, we were always very close brothers.

I am a responsible, centered, patient, calm and creative person. I'm a software engineering student but I've already graduated in the area of ????beauty and I've been working with cosmetic brands for over 5 years.

Study, know new cultures, customs and languages ??are my passion, and hobbies like photography, listening to music, cooking that I learned from my 2 grandmothers amazing recipes and I would love to share them with you. I know how to drive and I had all the drive classes here in Brazil but unfortunately I couldn't have my document but I feel comfortable to get a driver license on USA. I like to go to the mall, cinema, visit new restaurants, make friends and I'm a person open to new experiences.

The brother of a work friend that I took care for 3 months in the afternoon.
He is a toddler, likes to play and watch movies. His favorite superhero is Spider man and he likes your lunchbox funny and colorful. I helped him get ready to school, bathing and dressing, make the food and homework.

Ravi 2y is a very intelligent kid, since he was newborn he was always on the alert for the things we did and said and today, with two years old, I was able to teach him to speak, he already knows numbers and letters and he loves music.

I took care of Júlia since she was 5 years old until her 12 years old, she is a more closed child who did not like to talk, she always preferred to paint, write and play alone but even she always liked to have me around her, my aunt always said that she had me as an inspiration and love my company and every end of the year I took her to see Santa Claus, it was something that could not be missed.

I took care of a baby girl since she was a newborn until complete 3y. I took care of her when her mother went to work on weekends. I made her bottle, I did the food introduction with her, bathing and dressing, change diapers, entertaining her, make her laundry and put her on bed. She is a lovely girl, loves music since she has a newborn and likes to play with colorful toys.

I've always gotten along well with children of all ages because I'm a super patient person, that makes me able to adapt to any situation and all the children I've taken care of I think it's important the issue of emotional education, for the child to understand from a young age that her emotions matter, whatever they may be. Help to recognize your emotions and share with us.

Be an AuPair will be a unique opportunity for me to improve my English and be able to pursue a career as a software engineer many courses, at least the main ones, are in English and having a fluent English, living the language every day, will open many doors in my life, know a new culture, new countries, new people and realize a big dream of getting to know every corner of the United States.
