DEAR FAMILIES,
My name is Keyla Millen, 28yo, I'm Computer Science graduate, CPR and First Aid certified, and I have a Medical Assistant course taken in Hayward from July 2024 to June 2025.
I'm from Brazil and I've been living here for almost 3 years. I used to be an Au Pair for a family in Piedmont, but now I'm working as a nanny with the after-school kids until June 2026. I have a car, driving experience since 2017 and clean record.
I love to travel, dance, watching movies, eat and cooking. I love books and everything related to the arts, so I took some drama classes in Brazil as well. I graduated in Computer Science in 2020, and I used to work as a teacher of programmin games online for kids and teenager after I finished my internship on IBM.
In 2016 I started to work in a daycare, from 7am to 1pm, kids from 7 month old to 4yo. I loved them, I miss them so much!!! During pandemic, I lived for 5 months in France with a latin/french family helping their 3 kids, I was driving them, gave them a bath and cooking everyday. It was my first experience living far away from home. I traveled to South Korea, Switzerland, Germany, Aruba and now USA. I went to Alaska and NYC for the first time with my mom, it was her dream and it was amazing!!!!!
Portuguese is my mother language, but I can speak English and French as well. I understand Spanish and I'm learning Korean.
