During my high school years, I had the opportunity to spend my fourth year abroad, living with a host family for nine months. This experience taught me a great deal: it made me independent and flexible, and gave me the confidence to adapt to a new environment and a new daily routine.

I would like to become an Au Pair because I enjoy authentic experiences and am eager to get an insider’s view of new cultures. Having already had a similar experience, I know how enriching it is to become part of a family and share in daily life. Furthermore, this experience represents an important step for my future: my goal is to move to Switzerland and build my career there, and living in the country would allow me to integrate better and open up more opportunities.

I believe I would make a good Au Pair because I am reliable, organized, and considerate of others. Although I do not have extensive formal childcare experience, I have looked after a friend's children on several weekends, which helped me develop patience, a sense of responsibility, and attentiveness.
