I come from a huge family, so occasionally, we older cousins help take care of our younger cousins, nieces, and nephews. I have spent several years providing hands-on care for them. Through this family caregiving, I have managed their morning and bedtime routines , handled school runs, and overseen mealtimes, when their parents are not yet home. I prepare healthy, delicious meals and snacks for my younger relatives, and I am proud to say they always happily eat what I cook for them!
A big part of my role with my relatives also involves educational support. I am incredibly passionate about art, and I regularly organize creative art sessions and projects for my cousins whenever they are with me. I also act as an informal tutor, teaching them English and Math in a fun, accessible way. I love helping children learn, build confidence, and discover their creative sides. Teaching my younger family members has taught me how to be highly patient, structured, responsible, and adaptable.
