My name is Mieky D., from the Philippines. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Travel and Tourism Management, where I graduated Cum Laude and received a Leadership Award. I am a responsible, hardworking, flexible, and service-oriented person who enjoys interacting with people and creating a warm and welcoming environment.

I have several years of professional experience in the hospitality, tourism, and customer service industries. I previously worked as a Front Office Associate and Front Office Team Leader in a hotel, where I welcomed and assisted guests, responded to their needs and inquiries, coordinated with different departments, arranged transportation, and helped ensure that guests received friendly and professional service. As a Team Leader, I was also responsible for making sure daily tasks were completed properly and on time.
I also worked as a Tourism Operations Officer with the Department of Tourism, where I handled coordination, documentation, training activities, and inquiries from different stakeholders. Currently, I work as a Front Desk Clerk at a Tourist Rest Area, where I welcome tourists and clients, provide information, manage inventory and daily sales, prepare reports, and help maintain the cleanliness of the area.
