My name is Erin. I am a college graduate with 13 years of child care experience. Over the last seven years I have been with the same family that consisted of four children, ages ranging from newborn to 16 years old.

As part of your team, it is my job to proactively see things that need to be done and do them. Raising a family isn't always a structured event and you need help to be flexible enough to adapt to the ever-changing after school activity schedules, business trips, and unexpected chaos that is life.

I understand that all children are different. My experience has taught me how to quickly find a middle ground to be able to communicate with your child. I will work with your kids to build positive habits early on.

I expect to take on extra duties such as light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, travel arrangements and itineraries, and assist in managing the household. I believe that taking initiative and going the extra mile is what makes an exceptional nanny!
