Introduction
I was a Professional Athlete from the age of 16, hence I did not pursue any further studies after completing grade 12.
I did however start Au Pairing and Tutoring part-time, in between competing and traveling in season.
While Au-Pairing, I also assisted
children with school projects, homework, tests etc for grades4-10.
I also tutored a grade 2 homeschool student for 1 year.
Due to the Covid lockdowns, my sporting career came to an end in 2020 and I decided it was time to move on and pursue other avenues in life.
I have always had an immense passion for children and their well-being in every aspect. I also have a great passion for Homeschooling and continuing to build into a way of Education that I am so grateful I could have been a part of and grown up with.
I highly value being a positive influence during the critical years of childhood and helping children to navigate the everyday challenges in a way that cultivates stronger character and resilience, as well as empathy and compassion towards others.
I am interested in a part-time/full-time position involving the care of Children, assistance in Education, Homeschool Tutoring, and anything else that could be placed in and around those categories.
