For the past 5 years, I have been in roles that have increasingly honed my ability and expertise as regards to writing Quarterly report for donors,Proposal writing ,Monitoring and evaluation, Coordinating free clinics, working with adolescents in and out of schools and working with the Community Health Volunteers.

As a lecturer, I leverage this practical experience to create dynamic and engaging classroom environments where students are encouraged to critically analyse public health issues and apply evidence-based approaches to address community health challenges. My teaching skills include curriculum development, interactive lectures, and experiential learning opportunities that foster students' critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, my commitment to lifelong learning ensures that I stay current with emerging trends and best practices in community health, allowing me to effectively mentor and inspire the next generation of public health leaders.
