Introduction
For 4 years, I worked as a Behavioral Health Case Manager in a foster care environment, supporting children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral challenges. This role required strong patience, empathy, and the ability to create a safe, stable, and structured environment. I am experienced in helping children regulate emotions, build trust, and feel supported in their daily routines.
I also worked as a substitute teacher for 7 years, where I supported students of different ages and learning styles. This helped me develop strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to assist with homework and learning in a calm and effective way.
I am fluent in English and have completed 3 years of Sign Language training, which allows me to communicate more inclusively and support children with different communication needs.
