Job Description
We are looking for a home care solution for a 41 year old male with Multiple Sclerosis (the job is similar to senior care but requires the operation of a lift to transfer the person from bed to wheelchair).
You would have a dedicated apartment (next to our home) with your own separate entrance.
The job would include:
- morning wake-up routine (getting the person out of bed, morning hygiene routine, dressing, helping with breakfast)
- evening routine (hygiene routine with brushing teeth, etc, helping deliver dinner, changing to bed time clothes, positioning in bed)
- operating a lift to take the person from bed to wheelchair (and reverse)
- deliver light massage and apply pain-relief creams
- serving lunch to person
- light house chores to assist person with continued living in the house
