Job Description
Looking for a full-time caregiver for our Adult family member with Developmental Delays, Cognitive Disabilities in Phoenix. Ideal match will meet the requirements below. Help needed for my loved one in their 40s who is special needs .. he is very easy to babysit , a Spanish mother and 4 daughters were his last caregivers and he obeyed her girls as well for I dont tolerate any disrespect from him to female caregivers.. he respected the her girls authority when she went on errands - he might be in his 40s but acts like a toddler, to be frank they tended to treat him more as a baby pretty much as that is his mindset,they picked out his clothes and dressed , bathe him with baby wash and lotion and fed, they had him in Disney diapers at times cuz he was peeing on the toilet seat ,gave him a nap time , played with dolls , watched barbies dream house cartoons and so on. it was her impression that until he started behaving such as peeing in the toilet or getting passed touching soap and washing himself at bath time he would be treated like a baby with 0 choice for anything in his life and i am good with that , i am at the end of my rope with him !
