Live in beautiful mountain town near Yellowstone Park, while caring for an elderly couple.
Their current care needs do not require licensed care, and instead require help moving about and all transfers: such as getting in and out of bed, or chairs, and other ADLs, mostly for the male. Female uses walker.
Male in his 80s needs help with all transfers, bathing, adult diapers and dressing. He's 150-165 pounds with a mobile transfer chair available. He's also a former triathlete (marathon runner) & otherwise healthy needing only a couple meds a day.
Help male get up /dressed in morning, transfer to wheel chair and living room chair for the day. Help transfer to bathroom as needed. He seems to be developing incontinence & requiring more frequent changing durning the day than in past months.
Female is 73, mobile, some help with dressing and some transfers. Possible help in and out of shower seems to be on the horizon. She's around 100 pounds and uses a walker. She currently presents with increasing short-term memory problems.
Prepare breakfast, noon snack and dinner for both seniors.
Check on them throughout the day in-between meals.
Schedule medical appointments as needed and enter into computer calendar to track.
Help male transfer to bed in the evening, including help dressing and changing of adult diaper for evening.
Help male with bathing as needed.
Car is available if you have drivers license to take couple to appointments. If not driving, schedule transport with city service for appointments. Neither senior drives.
Room and board is included if desired and is highly suggested. The area has become highly sought after because of several TV series about the area, and housing is extremely hard to find and unaffordable for most (many of the locals who used to rent, have had to move because of this). There is a large living area downstairs with living room, bedroom and its own bathroom.
Meals are included as part of the meals prepared for the couple throughout the day. Neither has a special diet or dietary need (though spicy food probably won't work for them... never has been part of their diet).

The area is renowned for its beauty, the town is very safe, and friendly with folks who look after each other and are very helpful.
