Live-In Caregiver Needed for Adult Male Cerebral Palsy Individual

We seek a compassionate and reliable live-in caregiver to assist with our son. We just finished a beautiful new villa for our son and his future live-in caregiver. Zachary requires assistance with feedings (soft diet), is incontinent, and has limited verbalization but has a great personality. He loves music and to laugh!
Brand new Hoyer lift and handicapped bathroom provided.
The individual has no medical needs (no tubes) but requires assistance with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities Include:
Personal care (dressing, bathing, and grooming).
The individual requires assistance with personal hygiene, including regular diaper changes due to incontinence.
Light housekeeping including Zachary's laundry.
All of Zachary's meals will be prepared by his family.


Ideal Candidate:
Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy.
Experience in full care (preferred but not required)
Ability to assist with mobility and activities of daily living, will train on the Hoyer lift if needed.

This is a live-in position offering a supportive and respectful environment. The candidate will be given a separate floor with their individual bedroom, bathroom, and living room, with access to a full kitchen and outdoor deck on the main floor of the villa.
Zachary goes to a day program on Monday through Friday an ambulette (7:30-3:30 PM). The candidate will be expected to work weekends but will be given two days off during the week.
Two weeks paid vacation after 12 months (first week after 6 months).
