I have done domiciliary care where l would take care of different people with different situations which broaden my skills ,l can do personal care to able bodied people to bed ridden individuals leaving them clean and fresh regularly.l pay full attention when administering medication as making a mistake in that area can cause serious consequences.Moving and handling of individuals differs among people and extra caution should always been taken when doing so.Safeguarding is also very crucial in care as protecting our service users from harm and their wellbeing be it mentally, physically or emotionally. Keeping a clean environment at all times while preparing health meals according to their care plan .Effective communication to the service user ,family members, my colleagues and other health professionals will always improve the care we provide.
