I was working as a private care giver/personal assistant in a small town in Scotland as this is were I am currently living although I am looking to move end of April or start of May.
I started this job in March, therefore March 2020 it's going to be a 2 years since I started working in care. I was looking after a paralysed man with spinal cord injury. My general rota was a week on/ week off. I am very flexible when it comes to my working hours. My duties include: Assisting with all of aspects of personal care, dressing, hoisting, feeding, physio exercises, massage, occasionally preparing meals, medication, social outings, appointments and anything else that I may help with throughout the day. I enjoy my job and helping others.
I would describe myself as a kind, friendly, trustworthy and fun individual. In my spare time I enjoy reading, watching films, going walks, going to the gym, going shopping and sometimes just adventuring to random places.
