I assisted bed ridden patient with peg tube and Transferring patient from the bed to wheel chair using lifter, also I do Changing linen with occupied patient,
im Assisting patient personal care.
changing diaper every four hours , change if needed.
peg tube feeding continues feeding for 24hours using free go machine and flashing water by a via free go pump if giving medicine. also checking patient vital signs.
assisting medication as prescribed, and Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior and needed.
