I have a passion for assisting the elderly individuals living with age related morbidities, or children with developmental disabilities and assist these populations to succeed and improve their quality of life.
Relevant to this position I have:• 2 years experience housekeeping and providing care and a safe environment to children from infancy to adolescence.• 1-year experience working with the elderly and supporting them with activities of daily living (bathing, feeding, toileting, clothing, bed/wheelchair transfers)•Experience creating and managing client’s calendar and accompanying them to doctor’s visits and pharmacy.• Proficiency with case noting, incident reporting for elderly living with age related morbidities.• Trained in Standard First Aid, CPR and the use of AED•Possess the Uganda driver’s license and defensive driver license
