As a dedicated senior care provider, my commitment to enriching lives goes beyond professional realms. While my journey has been rooted in public service to neighboring communities, I bring a wealth of compassion and a fervent desire to transition senior care services.
After graduating high school in 2020, I took it upon myself to making sure that the vulnerable communities we serve are protected and prioritised. That's when my journey as a care provider began. I began my CareGiving training at Khanyisa Nursing School, which included practicals at a primary health-care centre. My SETA accredited certificate is a testament of my hard work.
During my training, I took on various public service projects such as volunteering at nearby clinics. Initially, my goal had been to gain experience and get used to working in a healthcare setting. However, as time went on, I realised that caring is not just a career for me, it's a calling, it's my purpose.
It is because of this discovery that I decided to expand my education and training. I have since taken health related short courses at esteemed institutions such as Yale.
I hold multiple certificates, each a testament to my dedication to continuous learning and ensuring the well-being of those under my care.
