*I worked before in nursing home taking care of a different cases of elderly is just like a palliative care before I work in abroad but now I care a 1 patient here in Singapore here's my patient.
* Managed the care bedridden patient aged 74yrs old female a Brain aneurysm stroke with daily needs including personal hygiene , dressing being turned and being transferred from bed to wheel chair using the hoist.
*Monitored changes in patient oximeter rate, Blood pressure, body temperature and emotional well being. Doctors appointment, medication intake and schedules consisting exercise routine
* Sponge bathing in bed every morning and every Friday go shower with my assistant caregiver support using hoist transferred in kumod , clothing, feeding tru NGT tube and exercise to promote the muscles straighten and mentally alertness
*Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning  and meal preparation of patient
*Followed care plan, home regulations and implemented consistent safety practices.
