Experienced live in carer.

My name is Joanna. I am a polish national who lived and worked in the UK for 10 years. 2010-2020. I am fluent in English. Can provide references.
As a live in carer I used to prepare 3 meals a day for my client, plus snacks or cakes.
Depending on the client needs I would direclty administer or remind ahout taking medications. Made sure the floors are vacuumed or swept and the dust is removed from all the furniture, did laundry, ironing. I helped my client with bathing, getting dressed, changed adult diapers when needed to be changed.
Happy to provide a companionship and spent time together with my client. We could cook together, bake cakes, do gardening, long/short walks if possible.
I have a valid driving license, but need to organise myself glasses presciption first before driving again. Not confident driving in the UK on the left side, would need to start from short distances most likely and slowly learn to drive in that manner. Only drove a manual car so far. I am not a car owner at the moment. Planning on changing that soon after couple first months of working.
Did most grocery shopping, cooking and weekly meal planning during my work as a live in carer.
I am a confident cook. I enjoy cooking. Can make soups, stews, chips, jacket potato, roast dinner, roast potatoes, pasta bakes, pasta dishes, vegetable bakes, meats, fish and prawns, salads, toasties, sandwiches, waffles, pancakes, polish cuisine, basic english cuisine. Would love to learn Mediterranean cuisine, French, Spanish etc. I like to do some simple baking like brownies, muffins or no bake cheesecakes.
I use a lot of butter in my diet and I don't eat anything made with wheat flour therefore I would provide my own butter and flour, pastry or bread.
The reason I stopped working for the agency in the UK is that I wish to work only day shifts now. I prefer to not work at night time, but would consider it.
I have worked with clients with advanced dementia, alzheimer's, parkinson's and physical disabilities.
Looking for a position in Europe. I have a settlement status valid for the UK job.
